Thomas's death record has his date of birth as December 25, 1904. All other records indicate that he was born 1901. Also his brother John Frances McCaffery Donnelly was born September 17, 1904. Which would make it not possible for Thomas to have been born a few months after John. So I have chosen to use 1901 for the year of his birth based on other records. No birth record has been found for Thomas.

All records prior to his first marriage Thomas used the name Thomas Albert McCaffery. By the time he was married in 1925 Thomas was going by Thomas Albert Donnelly.
