Dorothy M. Petrini, 81, St. Clair, passed away Sunday, July 10, 2011, at St. Clare Health Center, Fenton.
Mrs. Petrini was born March 31, 1930, in Villa Ridge, the daughter of Wheeler Beamon and wife Elsie, nee Henderson.
She was raised in the Robertsville area, and on Feb. 18, 1950, she was married to Frank Petrini Jr. in St. Louis.
Mrs. Petrini found enjoyment in crocheting, crafts and traveling.
She is survived by her son, Jeff Petrini and wife Donna, St. Clair; her daughter, Janice Knight and husband John, Labadie; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers; one sister; other relatives and many friends.
Mrs. Petrini was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Petrini Jr.; her parents, Wheeler and Elsie Beamon; and a daughter, Debra Steinbach.
A gathering of family and friends was held Wednesday, July 13, at Eaton Funeral Home, Sullivan, and a celebration of life service was conducted.
Interment was in Brush Creek Cemetery, Gray Summit.
The family was served by Eaton Funeral Home, Sullivan.
