Fannie M. Conklin, 91, of New Freeport R. D. 2, died at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, March 21, 1991, in Greene County Memorial Hospital.

She was born April 5, 1899, in Center Township, a daughter of Frank and Jenny Throckmorton Breese, and was a resident of Greene County all her life.

Mrs. Conklin was a member of Throckmorton United Methodist Church.

Her husband, Floyd Randolph Conklin, died April 30, 1966.

She is survived by two sons, Ralph O. Conklin of New Freeport R. D. 2, and Kenneth H. Conklin of Fife Lake, Mich.; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a brother, James Breese of Waynesburg; and five sisters, Mary Johnston of Cameron Star Route Waynesburg, Ivy Crouse of Waynesburg, Mrs. James (Elizabeth) Crouse of Graysville R. D. 1, Mrs. John (Ruth) Bartolovich of Waynesburg R. D. 4, and Pearl Conkey of Cameron Star Route Waynesburg.

Deceased are a son, Earl E. Conklin; a grandson, David Conklin; a brother, Wesley Breese; and three sisters, Annie Tharp, Lucy Breese and Ruby Breese, who died in infancy.

CONKLIN - Friends of Fannie M. Conklin of New Freeport, R. D. 2, who died Sunday, March 31, 1991, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the Rush Funeral Home Inc., Rogersville, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 3, with the Rev. Everett Hammond officiating. Interment in Rosemont Cemetery, Center Township.
