ONEIDA - Theresa K. Abel, 35, of 125 Joy St. died at 4:10 p.m. Friday, March 28, 2003, at her residence.
Born Jan. 29, 1968, in Galesburg to Don R. and Norma L. Rossi Anderson, she married Scott Abel in Altona on June 27, 1992. He survives.
Also surviving are her parents of Rio; her grandparents, Bernice Anderson of Cambridge and Sam and Virginia Haglund of Orion; one son, Zachary at home; one daughter, Cassie Abel at home; and two brothers, Nick (and Connie) Anderson of Dow and Chris (and Sue) Anderson of Seguin, Texas.
She attended Carl Sandburg College in Galesburg.
She was an office manager for ''M'' Farms for seven years.
She was involved with the Oneida PTO.
She coached girls third- and fourth-grade basketball and boys and girls T-ball.
She also served on the Library Board in Oneida.
She was a member of Oneida Presbyterian Church in Oneida, where she sang in the choir and played in the bell choir.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hinchliff-PearsonWest Galesburg Chapel. The Rev. Carolyn Webber will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral chapel. Burial will be in Oneida Cemetery.
