Mr. Bright died Saturday, June 18, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born Aug. 29, 1959. He was a construction project manager and the founder of Fishin'4 ACure, a nonprofit charity for Children's Hospital in Birmingham.
He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Jimmy Bright.
Survivors include his wife, Dena Marie Bright; son, James Robert Bright, Jr; mother, Janell Bright; brothers, Wesley (Alecia) Bright and Tim Bright; sister, Cindy Yahn; nieces and nephews.
