LIBERTY, July 5. - J. T. (Bud) Kivett, retired farmer, died at his home near here early this morning. Funeral will be at Staley Baptist Church at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, followed by burial in Greensboro Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. J. R. Porch of Siler City, and Rev. J. C. Edwards of Liberty will officiate. He is survived y his wife, Mrs. James Fogelman Kivett, six daughters; Miss Estelle of the home; Mrs. J. B. Hinshaw and Mrs. Claude McDowell of Liberty; Miss Edna and Mrs. G. A. Guillet of Greensboro; Mrs. Ralph Brinkley of Route 1, Staley; two brothers; E. C. of Greensboro an A. M. of Route 1, Staley; one sister, Mrs. Dora Hales of Greensboro.
