BLOUNTSVILLE,Ind.--Vivian Himes, 85, died Monday in Medco Nursing Center (Parkview Nursing Home), Muncie. During the past two years, she made her home with her son, John Himes, 1008 W. 17th St., Muncie.
Before moving to Muncie, Mrs. Himes lived 65 years on R.R. 1, Blountsville. She was a member of Blountsville United Methodist Church.
Surviving are two sons; 11 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Parson Mortuary-Adams Chapel, Muncie. Burial will be in Blountsville Cemetery. Calling is 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the mortuary.
