Ware Shoals, SC - Mrs. Annie Louise {Leopard} Chaney Quattlebaum, 80, formerly of Saluda, widow of Ben W. Chaney and Richard M. Quattlebaum, died September 25, 2001, at the home of a daughter, Betty Biggerstaff.

Born in Aiken County, she was a daughter of the late Joseph & Bessie {Rene} Leopard, and a member of the Shiloh United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a son, Joseph W. Chaney of Ninety Six; three daughters, Betty Biggerstaff of Ware Shoals and Rosie Ann Boone and Joyce Petticord, both of Kershaw; a brother, Lawrence Leopard of North Augusta, SC; 14 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

Services were conducted Thursday at the Ramey Funeral Home, Saluda, with burial in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
