Culp
Fred G. Culp, 61, of New Boston, died Wednesday at home.
A native of Lucasville, and a retired driver for Reinhardt Transfer Co., with 20 years' service, he was a member of Pleasant Valley Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and the Teamsters Union.
Surviving are his wife, Betty Riffe Culp; three sons, Michael Culp of Otway Route 1, Randall Culp of Portsmouth, and Jeff Towell of New Boston; two daughters, Donna Blevins of Columbus and Elaine Steele of Portsmouth; a brother, James Culp of Lucasville Route 1; four sisters, Alta Comer of Portsmouth, Wilma Strickland of McDermott, Edith Hilt of Lucasville Route 1, and Jackie Winter of Columbus; and five grandchildren.
Service is 10:30 a.m. Friday at Brant Funeral Home in Sciotoville, with Elder Doug Altman officiating, and interment in Floral Hills Memory Garden.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 9 p.m. today.
