Marlene Keck, 65, of Springdale, Arkansas, died August 2, 2002, at her home. She was born October 23, 1936, at Mante, Arkansas, the daughter of Alfred Lester and Clara Belva Dorsey Neal. She was a 1954 graduate of Huntsville High School and a homemaker. She was a member of the Drakes Creek Regular Baptist Church and Huntsville Chapter #487, The Order of the Eastern Star. She was the widow of Wayne Keck who preceded her in death on May 30, 1992. She was also preceded in death by her twin sister, Maxine Marshall on September 17, 1998, a grandson, Shawn Bunch on April 25, 1983, and by her parents.

Survivors include: two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Juanita Bunch of Springdale, Arkansas, and James and Janice Bunch of Lowell, Arkansas; one sister and brother-in-law, Imogene and Derald Parks of Huntsville, Arkansas; two grandsons, Chad Bunch of Springdale, Arkansas and Josh Bunch of Lowell, Arkansas; one granddaughter, Miss Amber Bunch of Springdale, Arkansas; and by two nephews, Gary Marshall of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Michael Marshall of Goldsboro, North Carolina.

Funeral services were held Monday, August 5, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Duncan and Rev. Paul Eden officiating. Interment was in the Drakes Creek Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home of Huntsville. Pallbearers were Johnny Luker, Billy Eden, Brandon Stein, Jeff Harper, Gene Springston and John Napier. Honorary pallbearers were Dr. Tom Whiting, Ralph O'Mara, Tyler Harrel, Earl Duncan, Art Callico, Wilford Garrison, Wayne Cline, and Winford Phillips.
