Daughter of John Griggs, Jr., and Nancy Barnett.

She was a member of the Goshen Primitive Baptist Church with her parents before she married.

She married Daniel Boone Willcockson on April 3, 1836, in Boone Co., MO.

Probate of the estate of "Catherine Wilcoxon" was dated Nov. 6, 1857, administered by her brother, Jessie T. Griggs, of Vernon Co., MO, with final date set of Aug. 6, 1868.

There is no proof Catherine was buried in the Goshen cemetery.
