Died Monday, May 28, 1990. He was 72, and a resident of Houston, Texas, since 1951. He was a retired Ethyl Corp. employee, with more than 35 years service. Funeral services were held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, Houston. Entombment in Forest Park Mausoleum. Survived by wife, Eula B. Lowe; two sons, Gary and James Lowe; a daughter, Rebecca Evetts; grandchildren, Katherine, Dylan and Judd Lowe, Beau, Chad, Brooke and Brandi Evetts; a sister, Doris Rester; and two brothers, Herman Lowe and Shelby Lowe. He was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church and a graduate of LSU. Memorial donations may be made to Muscular Dystrophy Association.
