JEAN ANN CASE, 82, Lima, died at 6:33 a.m. Sept. 25, 2004, at Deerbrook Care Center, Joliet, Ill.

She was born Aug. 31, 1922, in Lima to Ralph William and Josephine Lucille Fegan Andrews, who preceded her in death. On May 31, 1942, in Lima, she married Robert O. Case, who died Nov. 18, 1988.

Mrs. Case was a homemaker and had worked at Westinghouse Electric Corp. She was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Jaylene (Tony) Suvar of Plainfield, Ill., two grandchildren, Daniel Suvar of Fort Wayne, Ind., and Kara Suvar of Plainfield, Ill.; two great-grandchildren, Zachary and Elaina Suvar; two brothers, Julian "Andy" (Mary Ann) Andrews of Wapakoneta and Ralph "Chris" (Fran) Andrews of Encinitas, Calif.; and a sister, Jo Fish of Garden Grove, Calif. She was preceded in death by three brothers, James, Jack and Jerome Andrews.

Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Charles Catholic Church. Burial will be in Gethsemani Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at Siferd Funeral Homes, Westwood Chapel, where a parish wake service will be held at 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
