Funeral services for L.A. Braddy, 92, of Breckenridge were officiated by Rev. James Johnson, pastor of First United Methodist church in Coolidge, former pastor in Breckenridge.
He married Miss Rosy May Smith on 25 December 1909 in Leonard.
They farmed in Fannin County in eastern Oklahoma until moving to Stephens County in 1923. He was employed by Mid-Kansas Oil and Gas Company until 1940. He retired from Trans-Pacitif Coal and Oil Company in 1945. He was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church.
