Winnie was the wife of Clarence Chandler(b1873,d1963); mother of George Chandler, Edwin Chandler and Marguerite Chandler Cayot; grandmother of Scott Chandler, Sandra Chandler, Eugene Cayot, Jr and Richard Chandler Cayot; great-grandmother of H Chandler/sibling and RC Stroot/siblings; and currently a great-great-grandmother to at least eight descendants.

She was also a twin sister of Minnie L Romick.
