Jeanette A. Bodhaine (nee Theis), 84, lifelong Naperville resident, died Friday, March 28, 2003 at her home. She was born February 3, 1919 on her family's farm on Rt. 34 in Naperville. Mrs. Bodhaine attended Old Granger School, Naperville and was a graduate of Madonna High School in Aurora. She graduated from St. Charles School of Nursing, Aurora and worked as a registered nurse in both hospital and home care. She married her husband, August, January 25, 1941. She was a lifelong member of SS. Peter and Paul Church, Naperville, IL.
She was preceded in death by her husband, August J. Bodhaine in 1997. Also by a son, Daniel Bodhaine, her parents, John and Nora Theis, five siblings, Leon and Jack Theis, Ruth Page, Rita Lynch and Geraldine Petesch and a son-in-law Roger Dirks.
Visitation Monday, March 31, 4-9 p.m. at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville, IL. Services will begin Tuesday, April 1, 10:30 a.m. from the funeral home and will proceed to a 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at SS. Peter and Paul Church, 36 N. Ellsworth, Naperville, IL. Interment will be at SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Naperville, IL.
