Funeral services for Fred H. Wing, 92, who died Tuesday April 26th in the Shepard Home for the Aged here after a long illness, was at 2:30 p.m. Friday in the Colosse Baptist church. The Rev. David H. Davis of Mexico, a retired Baptist minister, offciated and burial was in Dimmick Hill cemetery Massena. The body lay in state at the church from 1 to 2 p.m.

Mr, Wing was born in Chaise's Falls in St. Lawrence county. He was twice married his first wife being Miss Sarah Avery and his second the former Miss Mary Owen, who died six years ago in Hannibal. He operated a chicken farm at Colosse and later lived in Hannibal and Fulton. He was a member of the Colosse Baptist church and taught in its church school for several years.

Surviving are: a stepdaughter, Mrs. Fred Kent of Hannibal; two step-sons Clayton R. Owen of Caughdenoy and the Rev. Ira M. Owen of Florida Gardens, Fla., also several step-grandchildren; a niece, Mrs. Ralph Squires, and a nephew, Claude A. Kezeoy both of Massena.
