Lee was a farmer most of his life until retirement in 1966. He retired from the Montzuma Town Utilities and Parke Co. Hwy Dept. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, mushroom hunting and time with his family. Lee was a founding member of the Parke County Coon-hunters Club of West Union and Montezuma Masonic 89 Lodge.
