She was born on January 31, 1914 in Fort Worth, TX to Guy William and Naomi (Hicks) Daniel.She was a graduate of Ponder High School in Ponder, TX. At the age of 17, she married Ernest Crider December 21, 1931 and they began their 65 year marriage, most of which was spent on a dairy farm north of Bolivar (Denton County, TX) where Lillian worked both in the dairy and the house. She loved being a Mom and loved to cook for her family and others. Lillian faithfully attended the Church of Christ in Sanger.
Lillian is survived by her daughter, Jane Nance and husband, Billy Ed of Sanger; son, Richard Crider and wife, Carolyn of Granbury; brother, Doyle Martin of Daingerfield; four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, sister, Novella Tandy, brother, Elliott Martin and grandson, David Allen Crider.
