Funeral services for Mrs. Gussie Lee Widener Pritchard, 55, of Long Beach, California will be held at 2 pm Saturday in Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Officiating will be Robert C. Jones, Church of Christ evangelist. Pallbearers will be Bill Gentry, Hansel O'Neal, Bill Howard, Fred Cotton, Henry Webb and Jesse Ganus.
Mrs. Pritchard died at 9:45 am Thursday at the home of a sister in Amarillo. She had been visiting her sister, Mrs. Ruby Jewell Trostle, at 508 Van Buren for the past three weeks. She had been a resident of California for 12 years.
She was born June 12, 1905 and was a member of the Central Church of Christ in Amarillo.
Surviving are her husband, Al Pritchard of Long Beach; her mother Mrs. Ollie D. Leatherman of Amarillo and another sister, Mrs. Gladys Ruth Ashbrook, of Amarillo.
