'Defendant Barnett Tennyson of the crime of involuntary manslaughter, committed as follows, towit; The said Defendant, on the 10 day of November, 1933, in Newton County, Arkansas, did unlawfully, willfully and feloniously kill and murder Ada Belle Treadway by striking the said Ada Bell Treadway with an automobile. He the said Russell Norton was then and there driving the said automobile in a wreckless manner without due caution and circumspection.'
