Elsie was the daughter of Robert Sauer and Anna Eschman. She married Robert E. Cohen and they had two children, Terri and Robert. She was the owner of the old Berthold-Grigsby Wholesale Florist. She died at Treyton Oaks Health Care Center at the age of 99.
