WARFORDSBURG, Pa. — Mrs. Laura Ella Winter, 88, widow of Samuel P. Winter of Warfordsburg, Pa., died Monday morning at the McConnellsburg Medical Center.
Born in Fulton County, Pa. she was a daughter of the late Joseph Harrison and Lucinda Beatty Brady. She was a member of the Warfordsburg Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Winter leaves, son, William Gordon Winter of Salisbury, N. C.; four grandchildren and 13 great – grandchildren; half-sister, Mrs. Sally Youngblood of Great Cacapon, W. Va.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Cedar Grove United Church of Christ with the Rev. Charles Perrin officiating. Burial will be in the Cemetery adjoining the church. Friend may call at the Grove Funeral Home, Hancock, from 7 to 9 tonight and at the church one hour prior to service.
