Lois Joy Dodge, age 83, of Canton passed away Friday, August 10, 2007. She was born on December 16, 1923 in Gordon, NE. to the late Emery L. and Ruth Cook. Lois was a member for 50 years to the Eleventh Street Church of God where she was very active in the music program, playing the piano and singing. She was also a Sunday School Teacher and part of the Because We Care Card Ministry. Lois was preceded in death by her husband, Harry L.; two brothers and one sister. She is survived by her two sons, Steven R. Dodge and David C. (Jennifer) Dodge; three grandchildren, John, Keith and Kathleen; sister, Virginia Cook and sister-in-law, Dortha Cook. Funeral services will be Monday, August 13, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel with Rev. Randy Shaffer officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens.
