Funeral services for Margherite Biddle Yount, a local resident for 53 years, will be held Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at the East Whittier United Methodist Church, with Dr. Donald E. Inlay and the Rev. Perry W. Wiggins officiating. Interment will follow in the Memory Garden Memorial Park.
Mrs. Yount was born in Wilmington, Vt. on May 20, 1902, and died Monday at her home. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Alta Belle Clark Biddle. She was a member of the East Whittier United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Ralph C. Yount; sons, Lawrence of Bakersfield and Dennis of Brea; a daughter-in-law, Cindy of Brea; and grandsons, Brian and Michael.
