Tribune Chronicle, Warren OH. Sat. July 28, 1956, p. 5:2. Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret B. Carey, 50, Leavittsburg, will be held at the Roberts Memorial Home at 1:30 p.m. Monday. She died in St. Thomas Hospital at Akron at 3:30 p.m. Thursday of a cerebral hemorrhage. The daughter of Frank and Martha Walrath, she was born on June 26, 1906, at Chicago. She moved to Leavittsburg about 15 years ago and attended the Leavittsburg Community Church. Besides her husband, Howard D. Carey, Sr., and her mother, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Juanita M. Staub and Mrs. Marilyn J. Balentine of Leavittsburg; three sons, Arthur, with the U.S. Air Force in Japan; Kenneth H., Phalanx Station; Howard D. Jr., California, and seven grandchildren. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 Sunday evening and burial will be in Pine Knoll Cemetery.
