Zula Katherine Parker was the daughter of James Marcus "Mark" Parker and Mary Caroline Little. At this time their grave sites are unknown.

James Marcus Parker was the son of James Elisha Parker (#145384023) and Sarah Gordon (#144368287). Mark married 1st Nancy Howell and had a son Elisha Cornelius "Neal" Parker (#16392354). Mark married 2nd Mary Caroline Little. They had at least 3 known children: Leroy Augustus "Lee", Sarah, and Zula Katherine.

Zula married George Pearce Harris on January 4, 1888. She died in Gladewater, Gregg County, Texas, but was buried in Providence Cemetery in Hattiesburg, Mississippi next to her husband. They had 11 children - 10 sons, 1 daughter:
