Oakdale--Funeral services for Jimmie A. Wiggins, 63, of Oakdale, were to be held at 10 a.m. today at the Ardoin Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in the Beaver Cemetery.
Mr. Wiggins died at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday at an Oakdale clinic. He was an employee of Newport Industries in Oakdale and a veteran of World War I.
He is survived by his wife, Dovie Ballard Wiggins; two sons, Darrel Wiggins of Lake Charles, and Shelly Wiggins of Beaumont; two daughters, Mrs. Ruth McDaniel of Oakdale, and Mrs. Joyce Ponder of Ringgold; one brother, Lee Wiggins of Beaumont; two sisters, Mrs. Janie Reed and Mrs. Annie Smith, both of Beaumont; and sven grandchildren.
