Wehausen

Fred Wehausen, 67, of Manitowoc, retired cheesemaker and farmer, died Sunday morning following a lingering illness.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Liberty. The Rev. A. Geiger will officiate and burial will br in the adjoining cemetery.

He was born in Liberty in 1883 and for years engaged in cheesemaking and farming in the county. He never married.

Survivors are four sisters. Mrs. Adolph Lippert of Brillion, Mrs. Elmer Schwanke of Potter and Mrs. Reinhold Bauch and Mrs. Erving Zeddies of Manitowoc; two brothers, the Rev. Martin Wehausen of Le Suerer, Minn., and Alfred of Golden, Colo.

Friends may call at the Urbanek and Schlei funeral home, Manitowoc. The casket will be moved to the church at 10 a.m. Wednesday.
