Obituary - Charleston Gazette - FOX, John Holt - Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Sutton Presbyterian Church by Rev. Walter R. Harvison, Burial will be in Sutton Cemetery. Mr. Fox, 52, of Sutton, Braxton County, died Saturday in University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville, VA. He had practiced law in Braxton County for 28 years and was prosecuting attorney for two terms. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Leah Squires Fox; one son, Fred Fox of Sutton; two daughters, Miss Janie Fox of Sutton and Mrs. Bobby R. Hall of Pensacola, Fla.; his mother, Mrs. Fred L. Fox of Charleston; two brothers, Gordon and George Fox, both of St. Aubans; three sisters, Miss Agnes Fox and Mrs. J. Fleet Greene, both of Charleston and Mrs. Charles A. Duffield of Sutton. The body will be taken from the Stockert mortuary in Flatwoods to the church one hour prior to the service.
