funeral service were held Saturday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock in the Grace Evangelical United Brethen Church for Wallace Shenefield, 94 yrs old, a lifetime resident of this community, who died early Thursday morning, Nov 19, in Community Hospital after an illness of several years. Rev Richard Eisinger, pastor of the church officiated in the services amd burial was in the Bremen Cemetery.
Mr Shenefield was born in Marshall Co, 2 May 1870, a son of Emery and Mary (Mornaweck) Shenefield - and was married 14 Jan 1900, to Clara Franklin, who preceded him in death. He was a retired farmer. Surviving are a son, Warren of Bremen; a daughter Mrs Helen Bledsoe of Warsaw; two grandchildren; two great -granchildren, and a half sister Mrs Lillie Taylor of Elkhart.
