Danville – Timothy David "Tim" Abbott, 45, of Danville, passed away Tues. Born Nov. 11, 1965 in Carrolton, he is the son of Graham L. Abbott of Whitesburg and Lou Ann Jones Abbott of Danville. He was a graduate of Paintsville High School and attended Eastern Kentucky University. He worked at the Burgin Independent School System where he also served as an Assistant Basketball Coach. He was a Member of Centenary United Methodist Church. In addition to his parents he is survived by Kellie Goble Abbott; 1 brother, Stephen Paul Abbott and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Services will be at 10:30 AM, Fri. At Centenary Christian Life Center on Perryville Rd. In Danville by Dr. Quentin Scholtz. Burial will follow in Bedford Cemetery in Bedford, KY. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Burgin Basketball Team. Visitation is 5-9 PM Thurs. At the Christian Life Center. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Centenary United Methodist Church Building Fund, 1441 Perryville Rd., Danville, KY 40422 or the Special Persons Advocacy Network, c/o Community Trust Bank, P.O.
