Philetus R. Seeley died suddenly New Years Day at the home of his dau, Mrs. Harry Rudd, Gallatin. He was 78 yeas old. He was born in the town of Stanford, son of William & Sally Anson Seeley. He married Mary Bowman, who survives, with 3 sons, William H, Danbury, Ct; Herbert, Brooklyn; Nelson, New Hampshire; two daus, Mrs. Harry Rudd, Gallatin; Mrs. Julius Gassner, Poughkeepsie. He had several brothers & sisters, all of whom are dead.
