Visiting at Welsh Funeral Home, 2 to 10 p.m. Thursday and after 10 a.m. Friday. Religious services at 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, conducted by the Rev. Bob Anderson. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Survived by former wife, Sandra S. Hart, Baton Rouge; parents, Mr. and Mrs. William O. Hart Sr., Baton Rouge; a son, W. Jiles Hart, Baton Rouge; a sister and brother-in-law, Belinda and Gary A. Turner, Baton Rouge; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Leslie O. Hart, Baton Rouge; and maternal grandmother, Mrs. Helen Langlois, Prairieville; a niece, Brandie Turner; aunts, uncles, and friends. He was of the Baptist faith, and a member of Independent Order of Odd Fellows.
