She was born Dec. 23, 1920 in Elgin, the daughter of Albert and Grace Shimp Sommers.
She lived in Huntley for the past four years and in Plato Center for 47 years prior, where she was a homemaker most of her life. She was a member of the Huntley Senior Citizens and attended the First Congregational Church of Huntley.
Survivors include her husband, Glenn T. Seyller, whom she married June 22, 1946, in Elgin; a daughter Diana K. (Richard) Chamberlain of Elgin; two sons, Daniel T. (Linda) Seyller of Columbia, M0., and Charles A. (Vicki) Seyller of Huntley; four grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three stepgreat-grandchildren; two brothers, Erwin (Elnora) Sommers of Williams Bay, Wis. and James (Roberta) Sommers of Powers Lake, Wis.; and three sisters, Helen Powers of McHenry, Doris Cominsky of South Elgin and Mary (Charles) Singleton of rural Elgin.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Mildred (Kenneth) Powers.
