Mrs. Salters was a graduate of the Mary Black School of Nursing and a life long registered nurse having retired from Mary Black Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church and the Agape Sunday School Class
Survivors include her daughter, Dale Satlers Davis of Spartanburg; son Frank D. "Bo" Salters, Jr. and wife Lynn of Orlando, FL; granddaughters, Dori Helms and husband Noel, Kaysie Brady and husband Travis all of Spartanburg, and Annabelle Lynn Salters of Orlando, FL; two great-grandchildren, Nate and Isabel Helms; and sister, Dot Brown and husband Lee of New Plymouth, ID. She was predeceased by two brothers, Buck and Paul Cope; sister, Helen Cope, and son-in-law, Mickey Davis.
Visitation will be 11:30- 12:00 Noon Monday, August 8, 2011 at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Heritage Chapel Mausoleum. Cryptside services will follow at 12:00 Noon, conducted by the Rev. Jack D. Weaver.
