She married Ed Henik on February 24, 1945.

Mr. and Mrs. Edward E. Henik of Yuma, Colo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Gail, to Charles Edward Pace, son of Mr. and Mrs. E. Bradley Pace of Bonneville, Ore. The wedding will be Dec. 28. The bride-elect is an English major at the University of Oregon. The bridegroom-to-be is the grandson of Mrs. Erwin Pace of Ashland City and Mrs. John Seigenthaler. He is majoring in economics at the University of Oregon.
