JACK R. TINDER FUNERAL
Rosary for Jack R. Tinder, 23, of 4264 N.E. 50th St., will be said at 8 p.m. tomorrow at the Church of the Assumption. Requiem Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Burial in Holyrood will be directed by Hoffner's Fisher-Kalfus Funeral Home.
Mr. Tinder was one of four Seattle men killed March 24 in the crash of a light airplane five miles north of Cumberland. The plane was found Saturday.
Born in Kirkland, Mr. Tinder lived in Seattle since 1945. He attended Assumption School and graduated from Seattle Preparatory School. He was a part-time student at the University of Washington. He was a salesman with E.R. Moore Co. Northwest, a school-uniform sales firm. He was a member of Theta Chi Fraternity.
Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Victor Tinder; a brother, Marine Pfc. Gary F. Tinder, Bremerton, and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Paul G. Lenz, Seattle, and Mrs. Ora M. Tinder, San Leandro, Calif.
