Mrs. Tillie Volkman, 43, nee Domnick, Brown street, died at her home
last night at 10:05 o'clock following a long illness. Funeral services
will be held Thursday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the Ritter & Deutsch
funeral home and at 2 o'clock at the German Methodist church, the Rev.
H. C. Stahmer officiating. Interment will be in Restlawn cemetery.
Mrs. Volkman was born in Schofield August 10, 1892, where she was
married in 1911 to Fred Volkman. The family has resided in Wausau for
nine years. Surviving are the widower; four children, Mrs. Nick Volm,
Marathon, and Walter, Robert and Fred Volkman, at home; three sisters,
Mrs. Herman Fank, White Lake, and Mrs. Louis Blattert and Mrs. Julius
Yonker, Schofield; and two grandchildren.
