Dutch Elwin Edwards was my Grandma Cora's next older sibling. He was the fourth of nine children of JB and Esta Edwards who lived to adulthood. He first married Nanny Fort Allen, and together they had one son, Aubrey Eugene Edwards, born 1925.

They divorced about 1930. Uncle Elwin married Lavada Blackwell in 1932. They had two children who lived to adulthood, John Albert Edwards, and Lela Faye Edwards.

Uncle Elwin was a farmer, rancher, mechanic and all-round jack of all trades. He spent his last years in Andrews, TX where he and Lavada are buried.
