Oliver Ellsworth, mechanical superintendent In the plant of the Oshkosh Northwestern since 1900, and a regular employee of the paper since 1886, died at his home here this morning. He had been ill in bed for nine months. He suffered from a complication of diseases.
For many years, he was a member of the state board of vocational education. During his life he had also held other Important appointments Including service on the legal advisory committee for Winnebago county during the World War. He came from a pioneer family in Oshkosh. He was 71 years old.
