On Friday, February 13, 1959, at St. Petersburg, Fla., Fred M. Cornwell, beloved husband of Alma L. Cornwell, father of Fred C. Cornwell of Silver Spring, Md.; William F. Cornwell of Edgewater Beach, Md.; Marion C. Raines of Greenbelt, Md. Also surviving are five grandchildren.

Funeral from the W. K. Huntemann & Son Funeral Home, 5732 Georgia ave. nw., on Wednesday, February 18, at 2 p.m. Friends may visit with family on Tuesday, between 6 and 10 p.m. Relatives and friends invited to attend. Interment Glenwood Cemetery. Parking facilities.

Funeral services for Frederick M. Cornwell, a retired Washington police captain with 34 years on the force, will be held at 2 p.m. today at the Huntemann funeral home, 5732 Georgia ave. nw. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery.

Mr. Cornwell died on Friday in St. Petersburg, Fla, where he had lived for the last 20 years.

He is survived by his wife, Alma L. Cornwell, of St. Petersburg, two sons, Fred C., of Silver Spring, and William F., of Edgewater, Md., and a daughter, Miriam C. Raines, of Greenbelt.
