Duane Stepp, 85 of Hartman, was born July 7, 1926 in Hartman, Arkansas.
Preceded in death by his parents: Mart and Effie Lovell Stepp; six brothers: Darel, Leo, Cecil, Ray, Mart, and Dwight Stepp; sister: Myrtle Johnson; and grandson Allen Stepp; he was a WWII Veteran of the United States Army, a Mason, and had retired from Tyson Foods. Mr. Stepp died Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at Saint Edwards Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his beloved wife, Deloris Burton Stepp, his daughter, Donna, and husband, Mike Walker; his son, Michael, and wife, Sharas Stepp; three grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be: Jerry Holt, Darren Phillips, Allen Walker, Ben Stepp, Aaron Stepp, Dustin Stepp.
Funeral Services have been entrusted to Roller-Cox Funeral Home of Clarksville, Arkansas for 10 a.m. Friday, August 12, 2011 in their Chapel, with visitation Thursday from 6 – 8 p.m.
Burial will be at the West Mount Zion Cemetery in Hartman, Arkansas. The Reverend Eddie Birdsong will be officiating the Services.
