A graduate of West Point Major General Reeder had a distinquished career in the U.S. Army Signal Corps. He outlived his first two wives, Elizabeth L. and Berneice T., and married a third time to Grace Elizabeth Bogart at Christ Episcopal Church in Washington, D.C. The photo attached was taken on their wedding day, September 3, 1966.
