OTISCO --- Lucy Luella DeCamp Hopwood, formerly of Otisco, died July 30 in El Granada, Calif.

She was a native of Otisco, a retired employee of Fort Benjamin Harrison in Indianapolis and a member of the Baptist church.

Survivors: three sons, Russell Hopwood of Martinsville, William Hopwood of Poway, Calif., nad Rev. Paul Hopwood of New Castle; six daughters, Hulda Oswald of North Highlands, Calif., Jean Weber of Indianapolis, Mildred Scholey of Recife, Brazil, Virginia Elder of Olathe, Kan., Frances Day of El Granada and Shirley McKown of Liberty, Mo.; 36 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

A memorial service was held Saturday in Cambridge City, Ind., with burial in New Albany National Cemetery.
