JAMES EDWARD BEEBE
James Edward Beebe (Ed) was born July 1, 1863, in Steuben county, Ind., and died at Larned, Kansas, at 3 a.m., July 7, 1911, aged 48 years and 7 days.
In 1879 he came to Kansas with his mother, brothers and sisters, his father being dead. In July 18891 he was married to Miss Flora Johnson. Five children were born to them, one son and four daughters. He leaves a loving wife and five children, and five brothers and two sisters to mourn his loss.
Funeral services were held at the Christian church on Saturday forenoon, July 8, 1911, conducted by the pastor, W. R. McCrea. Burial took place in the Larned cemetery.
