Jeremy Robert Nolan, of McHenry, was born Friday, Aug. 5, 2011, and died Sunday, Aug. 7, 2011, at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge.
He was the loving son of Jesse Thayer and Robert Nolan III, and the fond brother of Isiac and Aiden. He also is survived by his maternal grandparents, Cindy Thayer and Fred Peterson, and his paternal grandparents, Pamela and Robert Nolan II.
The visitation will be from 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 13, until the services at 10 a.m. at Colonial Funeral Home, 591 Ridgeview Drive, McHenry. Interment will be in Woodland Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the family.
