WAYNE, Neb. DNS - Funeral services for William F. Pflueger, 71, who died April 2 at Portland, Ore., were held at 1:30 Tuesday afternoon at the Sultzer Funeral Home at Altona at Wisner and at 2:o'clock at Trinity Church in Wayne County. The Rev. K. F. Wentzel Officiated

Burial was in the Altona Cemetery. Pall bearers were the following nephews: Arthur Pflueger of Wisner, Victor and Theodore Panning of Hooper, Gustav and Alfred Stuthman and Arthur Wolters of Wayne.

Mr. Pflueger was born near Altona in Cuming County Dec. 8, 1890.

He married Miss Mathilda Behrens at Altona Church April 24, 1908. The family lived in that vicinity until eight years ago when Mr. and Mrs.- Pflueger went to Portland.

He is survived by his wife; three daughters, Mrs. Otto Hartwig of Norfolk, Mrs. Jack Kingston of Wayne and George Pierce of Portland; two sons, Herbert of Santa Rosa, Calif., and Lloyd of Garberville, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Fred Panning of Fremont Misses Louise and Lydia Pflueger of Omaha; one brother, Adolph Pflueger, Cabot, Pa., and a stepbrother, the Rev. Fred Rex of Omaha.
