Florence H. Bowman was born January 12, 1924 in Mountain Home, Idaho, passed away September 8, 1996 in Tacoma. She graduated from Kapowsin High School located in the Graham area. Florence was in the restaurant business in the Puget Sound region for over 50 years. She was an extremely devoted mother and grandmother for her family and a second mother for many other children seeking her love and guidance. Survivors include her sister Hilda Ruse; children Arta (Terry) Bergstrom, Steve Bowman and Karla (Max) Babb; grandchildren Steve Sloboda, Mason and Dustin Bowman, along with many other relatives and friends.
