Bobbie Jean (Abernathy) Bell, 52, of Bokoshe died Monday, Aug. 15, 2011, in Fort Smith, Ark. Bobbie was born Dec. 20, 1958, in Poteau to Jim Bob and Janice Laverne (Richardson) Abernathy Jr.
Bobbie worked for the LeFlore County Assessor for 14 years.
Survivors include her husband of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law; son and daughter-in-law;
five grandsons; her parents; one sister and brother-in-law; brother and sister-in-law; other relatives, loved ones and friends.
Services will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, Aug. 19, at
Calvary Assembly of God, Poteau, with The Rev. Lynn
Bullard and Doug Nixon officiating. Burial will be in Old
Bokoshe Cemetery.
Honorary pallbearers will be her grandsons.
The family will be at the funeral home Thursday from
6-8 p.m. to visit with relatives and friends.
Arrangements are under the direction of Evans and
Miller Funeral Home, Poteau.
